Ocean Soul Healing

You may have noticed a name change around here again. That’s ok, because I am always re-inventing myself!

As a double water sign, I go with the flow. Energy is constantly in motion, and I change with it.

But now to the good stuff! I am still doing Ocean Reiki sessions, Crystal Healing, and Oracle Readings. But this year, I am emphasizing Essential Oil Energy Healing.

I have been adding oils to all my energy work, since I received my Aromatherapy certification last year.

Mercury Retrograde in Cancer

Mercury Retrograde Crystals

Mercury will be going Retrograde in Cancer. Below I talk about the energy of this time period, a few Goddesses you can connnect eith, and of course a handful of crystals to aid you.

Cancer is a water sign, that brings up deep emotions needing to be cleansed and healed. Cancer is considered the Mother of the Zodiac. So any unresolved Mother issues may come up at this time to be dealt with. Whether it is a mother figure or your own mothering abilities. Remember to be kind and compassionate to yourself, when working through this time.

You may consider calling on Kuan Yin, the Goddess of Compassion, Mothers and Children. Or perhaps Goddess Isis, who is often considered the Mother Goddess to all. For me she represents strength and empowerment, that has gotten me through major periods of transformation. Or perhaps Mother Mary you may resonate with. Ask the Universe to see who you need to connect with the most at this time.

Then grab one or all of these amazing crystals below, and spend some time in meditation with them. Asking for them to help nurture you through the next six weeks of Mercury Retrograde.

Aries Season – Triple Threat

So Mercury just shifted into Aries… for the next several weeks!

Mercury is the planet of communication.
♈Aries is the planet of War!

And the Sun is in Aries.

And Chiron (the Wounded Healer) is in Aries.

Talk about explosive!!🔥

Emotions are heated. Watch your tempers and most importantly your words.

I watched this today on the playground. All the kids were arguing with each other. Having meltdowns. Fighting over things, they would normally be happy about.
Oy!!! I am like WTF is going on!

Well now I know. Lol.

Stay grounded. Meditate. Walk away before you piss someone off, that you care about.

Time to chill. Use all that Aries energy for creativity and healing instead. Jump start your dreams. Just don’t let anyone stand in your way, or they may get slapped. 😉

Crystal Grids

One of my favorite #crystalcrafts to make, are Crystal Grids!

There are so many themes to use to imbue the energy of the crystals with. The design of the grid, lends its own energy signature to your metaphysical work.

For example the design above uses a general Zodiac chart for crystal healing. You can place your crystals around the grid, to send energy to say all your friends and family, covering each sign. Or you can place crystals just on the Zodiac sign we are currently in, like Leo.

I also added little “Moons” or spaceholders to go around the chart. You can use a different crystal on these, then you do within the chart, like shown.

The moons have Pyrites to honor the sun’s energy. Which brings balance to the grid. Then each of the Zodiac signs and houses have a Kyanite or Quartz, to bring in energy to clear and balance all aspects of your life. And bring in clarity too.

You can use different crystals, for different themes. Like all Rose Quartz if you wanted to send yourself love energy. Or Pyrite and Citrine for abundance.

Crystal grids are always fun when you follow your intuition and create something that resonates with your body, mind, and spirit.

After you set up the grid, you use a quartz wand or something similar to connect all the crystals to center. Then I love to infuse my grid with Reiki, as I set up my intention or goal.

This Zodiac inspired wood grid took about 2 hours to woodburn and paint. I make grids in different designs, whatever I am inspired by at the moment. But this has been my most popular grid.

Rose Quartz

“It’s Friday and I’m in Love!”

Ok maybe I am aging myself with my favorite Cure song, but seriously Friday is the day of Love.

Ruled by the Goddess Venus/Aphrodite. You know the beautiful golden haired woman, who shows up on her own seashell, to win the hearts of men and women!

Rose Quartz is one of her stones. It represents love, beauty, peace, compassion, and tenderness. Feelings that we need to invoke in ourselves and want to imbue to others.

Rose Quartz is a great stone for every being in the Zodiac. But I feel it particularly resonates with Taureans ♉ Born during April and May.

Rose Quartz not only resonates with the Heart Chakra and Sacral Chakras, but I find it very grounding as well.

I love using it for heart chakra healing, when you need to soothe your self over lack of self esteem or self confidence. When you are going through a traumatic event in your life.

And I also find it super helpful to place on your Sacral Chakra to balance your emotions!

Amethyst

Amethyst is our first crystal in a series of Zodiac Stones, we will be discussing with our Friends at Wondering Paths

Amethyst is the birthstone for Aquarius. ♒

It lends Aquarians stability, peace, balance, courage, inner strength, sincerity,and a calm disposition.

This lovely purple stone also connects on a deep level to those born under the influence of Capricorn, Pisces, and Scorpio.

The word Amethyst is derived from the Greek word “amethystos” which means “remedy against drunkenness” which is reflected in the properties of this gemstone.

Amethyst is a stone associated with the Crown Chakra, due to it’s Violet Color.

It is a general healing stones for aches and pains. It connects us to our Spirituality. Working with our Higher Self, Spirit Guides, God/Goddess, or Creator. We often tap into their energy through meditation or ritual.

It is often considered the go to stone for relieving Headaches, and anything associated with Intellectual Pursuits.

Amethyst honors Artemis, the Greek Goddess of the Hunt, and Childbirth. She represents the love of the mountains and the forests where she chooses to live.

This is a great stone to have with you during childbirth.

Amethyst comes in many forms from and colors. There are light Amethyst like a Lavender color, Amethyst with Quartz, Amethyst with Citrine, and Dark Amethyst too.

It is a variety of Quartz, that is found all over the world.

It measures at a 7 on the Moh’s Hardness Scale.

I highly recommend Amethyst as one of your crystals in your spiritual toolkit!

Powerwords Day 26 -29

Balance. Something that is important for us to all find right now. Coming off the challenges of last year and trying to create new opportunities this year, can be a struggle. So we must look within to create peace and bring Balance into our lives.

Personally: My Hubby just got back from a longggg work trip or cruise as we like to call it. So now I am trying to find balance between having him back and everything else I am doing. Homeschooling. Meditating. Attracting my Soul Clients!

Power: Right now is an important time for us all to dispel our fears and step into our Power.

Authenticity goes along with Power and Balance. We need to be true to our selves, in order to achieve balance in our lives. Sometimes that means, not being afraid to speak our truths or about our experiences. Even if one person resonated with something you said. Maybe you have helped them along their journey as well. Working with our Throat Chakra will help with that. Also trusting our Intuition/3rd Eye Chakra.

I have been working with Lapis Lazuli for both those Chakras.

Smile: Our word for today! The energies with the Full Moon in Cancer are like riding an emotional roller coaster. And sometimes it is easy to let them get the best of you. Once I realized that I was feeling off kilter, I took a little time to ground and center. And call in Joyful energy to help me dissolve the frustration and move forward. I was able to smile and even settle down to watch a funny movie with my kids. Sometimes a fee good laughs are all you need to change your attitude for the day.

New Moon in Taurus

Another cycle of the Moon has come. Today we are experiencing the double energy of Taurus ♉. Both Sun and Moon residing here for a couple of days. 

Taurus speaks of love, compassion, comfort of material and emotional needs, staying home and relaxing. Also stubborness and boldness (as I witnessed through my children the past couple of days). Enough to make this Scorpio Momma scream!

Speaking of Scorpio. We are the opposite of Taurus on the Zodiac! So if you have Scorpio in your chart, remember to take a deep breath before dealing with some stuck Taurus energy. Scorpios are a fixed sign as well. We can play that stubborn game too. It just doesn’t make for a happy moment. Remember to be kind. 🕉

So back to the energy of love! 💖 If you can get into the positive groove of Taurus, this is the perfect time to feel love, share love, and be love! Let your inner Goddess shine!
