Self Love First
I created these self care kits for a client. They were passing them out as thank you gifts on the plane to other flight attendants.
They messaged me to say “I handed over 4 of the gift sets when we boarded, and a FA just came up to me and said how much she appreciates the thoughtful gift “especially after the day I just had” ❤️❤️
That message brought me so much joy! We wanted to create something that would remind them how important self care is after a long day of work! Especially when working in the Hospitality industry or Caregiving. Many days you feel unappreciated and overworked.
I hope all the receivers of these specially made gifts, know they are loved and appreciated. And choose to take time for themselves to receive a little TLC.
These kits included skincare samples from Neal’s Yard Remedies, a Crystal affirmation stone, a teabag filled with organic rose petals, a bottle of Frankincense oil to uplift their spirit, heal their aches and pains, and a soy tealight to brighten up their night!

Ocean Soul Healing
You may have noticed a name change around here again. That’s ok, because I am always re-inventing myself!
As a double water sign, I go with the flow. Energy is constantly in motion, and I change with it.
But now to the good stuff! I am still doing Ocean Reiki sessions, Crystal Healing, and Oracle Readings. But this year, I am emphasizing Essential Oil Energy Healing.
I have been adding oils to all my energy work, since I received my Aromatherapy certification last year.
This year, I created a special package! 12 sessions of Ocean Healing Energy through 2022. Each distance session done on the New Moon. You will receive a 3-card reading as well. And there will be a focus on a particular Essential Oil energy, for each monthly session. You can even purchase my 12 month, trial size kit, so you can continue working with the energy of the oil each month.

New Moon in Virgo
It’s a New Moon again. This time the sign of the Earth Mother, lovely Virgo. She sits by with her companions, watching as the world turns. She thinks about all her children out there. Wondering if they are really ok anymore. Are they lost and lonely? Have they forgotten who to be in the midst of this wild world?
She comes up from the depths of the sea. Shedding her skin under the sky, for all to see. Showing a glimpse of her true nature. Or what she thinks the world wants to see her as. Sitting there idly. Sitting there unsure. But with this new energy. This moment of new beginnings, she realizes something.
If she doesn’t show her trueself. Then what is the point of coming up for air. What’s the point of revealing herself to others, when she can be content hiding down in the deep blue sea.
It’s time to reveal yourself Selkie souls. It’s time to swim into your own power. Show everyone why you are here, and what you can do.
It’s time to shine, to glimmer, to hope. It’s time to really reveal you!

I am really excited about offering these sessions! I have been doing Reiki and Crystal Healing for over 7 years now. I love being able to combine them in an easy way.
