๐Would you like to experience some relaxation through Ocean energy and Ocean Pine oil? ๐I recorded “Crystal Cavern Healing” a few weeks ago. But I’m not sure anyone saw the post. ๐Follow the link in the comments below for a *free* guided mediation.
๐If you can comment on the Sound Cloud link, I would be super appreciative as well!
I spent the Solstice by the sea with my family. I did however get to walk the beach in solitude, and do a simple ritual that was discussed on the #incamedicineschool page.
Feet in the Rhode Island sea
๐It involved collecting five rocks and speaking to them about what you wanted to release. After you follow the ritual, you offer them back to the sea. It was very beautiful and perfect for the energy.
๐I was then gifted a moon and a sun shaped shell from the beach! It was a magickal and sacred moment for me.
Moon and Sun Seashells
๐The other day I was also gifted this heart shaped rock, while walking the same beach. I was telling everyone in my facebook live, that this has become a sacred beach for me over the past 3 years. My family come here often to play in the water, collect shells and seaglass, and even to meditate. We’ve seen horseshoe crabs, fish, jellyfish, and other sea creatures. It has become a magickal place! And in return for the love the beach and sea have given us, we send Reiki to it everytime we visit. So as I was saying, when I was telling everyone how we heal the sea here, I looked down and at that moment, saw this heart sticking out of the sand.

Well, I hope you all had a wonderful Solstice and New Moon, and found time to connect with Spirit and nature. ๐Ocean Blessings, Sarah๐
It’s the 50th Anniversary of Earth Day. Today is a day to send gratitude for Mother Earth. To thank her for sheltering and protecting us, for sustaining us through air, water, and nutrients. For giving us life. And cradling us when we die. For allowing us to be part of the beautiful cycle of creation.
I found this prayer on the ADF website.
Giver of life, great Mother Earth,ย To each of the Kindred you gave birth: Children of wisdom, cunning and skill; Children of wing, leaf, paw and gill; Children of sword, book, plow and drum; God, Man and Spirit, from you we come.
Lady of river, grain, milk and sea, Source of the land’s fertility: Provider of each herb, bush and tree; Provider of each fish, cow and bee; Provider of each gem, stone and ore; With your bounty, we want for no more.
Queen of the Tribe, beauty pristine, Adorned in blue, white, brown and green, Chooser of leaders, wife of the king, Chooser of heroes, their victory bring, Chooser of price for those who defy, On your good will we ever rely.
Giver of life, great Mother Earth,ย To each of the Kindred you gave birth, Lady of river, grain, milk and sea, Source of the land’s fertility, We thank you for all the gifts that you give, This beautiful world, on which we live.

I hope you are able to get outside today, bask in the sun, hug a tree, plant your bare fet on the Earth, Sand, or Rock. Just breathe deep and give thanks. And send some healing to the Great Momma too!
Peace, Love, and Reiki Blessings, Sarah ๐ณ๐๐ค
During a Reiki session last night, the Ho’oponopono Prayer came through for my lovely client. I was introduced to it, when I lived in Hawaii. But haven’t practiced it too much. I think its time to delve into this again.
It is a wonderful way to start each day. Focusing your thoughts on Forgiveness and Love. This is said to be a mindful practice, that can even heal generations of ancestors.
Start by taking deep breaths upon waking, hands to your heart, or lay them open in front of you, and state the prayer outloud.
This would be even lovelier to recite, when standing on the beach, or in a forest, connecting to nature.
You can use Reiki or do EFT Tapping, when reciting, to increase the power of the prayer.
I also suggests holding crystals as well, such as Rose Quartz, Lepidolite, or Apache Tears. They are stones that help release anxiety, bring in peace, and self love.
I also found an article, that has lots of information about the practice!
My Mom had this candle I made, from over 12 years ago, saved in her stuff. So today I got to set up a little spot for it. Along with dried purple roses from her memorial. And the beautiful Dragonfly card from a soul sister. The Dragonfly box I made a couple years back to sell, but it seemed to stay with me. I was going to send it down to my Mom the week before she went in the hospital. But I held off. So I have it now. Still. Holding her roses and a small collection of seaglass, shells, and a heart shaped stone, that my kids and Mom in Law found at the beach. At the memorial.
I know when I see the Dragonflies this summer, I will be reminded of my Mom. She was a summer baby too.
Sending Reiki to everyone who has already lost families members this new year. May you find peace in your hearts.
The photo is infused with Love, Light, and Peace. ๐

I recorded this Seashell Meditation last night. It is infused with Reiki healing energy to flow to you, as you listen. This meditation is taken from the book Seashell Therapy by George Toth.
Sometimes when life drags you down, the best thing to do is take a walk by the sea. Go clear your mind. Breathe deeply. Relax. Ask the waves to take your worries away and wash your soul clean.
If you don’t live near the ocean, sea, lake, or river… the next best thing is the shower. Imagine it being a cleansing waterfall, washing away anything that isn’t making you feel your best. Feel surrounded by the cool spray of water, as you let your sadness or anger wash down the drain. Ask for any negative emotions to be transformed into light energy, allow them to be recycled into the universal stream.
Water is the ultimate caretaker. For we have all started as a drop in the sea. Then a drop in our mother’s womb. We should remember and give thanks for water each day. To honor it by also sending it positive thoughts. Especially if we have asked her to swallow our tears or pain.
Great Water of the Earth! I bless you with all my heart. I thank you for yoir pure love. For nourishing my soul and making me whole. Blessings to you, Goddess of the deep Blue sea!
