Self Care Kits

I created these self care kits for a client. They were passing them out as thank you gifts on the plane to other flight attendants.

They messaged me to say “I handed over 4 of the gift sets when we boarded, and a FA just came up to me and said how much she appreciates the thoughtful gift “especially after the day I just had” ❤️❤️

That message brought me so much joy! We wanted to create something that would remind them how important self care is after a long day of work! Especially when working in the Hospitality industry or Caregiving. Many days you feel unappreciated and overworked.

I hope all the receivers of these specially made gifts, know they are loved and appreciated. And choose to take time for themselves to receive a little TLC.

These kits included skincare samples from Neal’s Yard Remedies, a Crystal affirmation stone, a teabag filled with organic rose petals, a bottle of Frankincense oil to uplift their spirit, heal their aches and pains, and a soy tealight to brighten up their night!

Sending Reiki Blessings of Love and Healing out to where it’s needed the most tonight.

Crystal Chat: Letter C

We discuss three wonderful crystals this week. All starting with the letter C. All a slightly different vibration.

Calcite, Optical: a high vibration stone, that calls to me when I am seeking Clarity! It’s clear, yet frosted. Similar looking to Quartz, minus it’s shape.

Celestite: a light blue, soothing stone. Many people hold this in meditation while working with their spiritual guides or Angels.

Citrine: an overall happy stone, that everyone should have in their collection.

This is a great stone to work with your lower chakras. I love putting this stone at my foot, while I am doing Reiki sessions. It helps to ground us and strengthen our connection to Mother Earth.

This stone is very comforting and soothing, when you are feeling extra anxious or stressed.

Global Healing Grid

Hello Ocean Dreamers,

I was guided to redo a crystal grid from awhile back, that was a created as joint Earth grid with a friend.

It seems the energy has shifted, and thus reflecting the shape of the grid. It felt like interstellar and dragon energy coming through. Almost like a key or code. That Kyanite on the far right side of the grid, always evokes Dragon energy in me as well.

Which makes sense, because my friend and I, are both working with Arcturian and Dragon energy right now, through a class that I am leading.

This energy is so powerful and clear!

As I aligned the crystals, the intentions were set, to send Peace, Love, and Healing on all levels of being. Both for Mother Earth and her inhabitants. In particular this grid was created for healing of the Waters for everyone, both people and animals to have safe water to drink. To also cleanse and nourish Mother Earth!

It is so important we do our part in cleaning the Ocean, rivers, lakes, and streams. We need clean water for life to thrive!

If you feel guided, you can connect with the energy of the grid, and send out healing as well.

All the blue Crystals represent cleansing, cooling, and calming energy. And that is what the Earth needs right now, while we are in the sign of Aries. New beginnings, new hope, new actions.

This grid include Blue Dumertierite, Quartz, Kyanite, Celestite, Aqua Aura, Green Apophyllite, Blue Howlite, Angelite, Blue Chalcedony, Selenite, and the energy of the White Dragon!

Let’s make this a better place to live for all!

FULL Moon in Leo/Eclipse Reiki Event

Tonight I sent Reiki over at my page Ocean Dreams Reiki and Crystals for the Full Moon and Eclipse!

To say it was powerful, was an understatement! The energy coming through from the Universe, combined with the Crystals I was holding. Fluorite, Blue Chalcedony, Blue Kyanite, Apophyllite, Clear Quartz, plus ones in my pocket. Can we say Zzzzzzing! Thank you Universe for allowing me to be a clear channel to usher in the flow of Cosmic energy for others!

This is the Healing Music Meditation Music: God’s Own Frequency I listened to when sending Reiki and Crystal healing to our group. It is a very high vibration and felt very uplifting.

This was the Full Moon around 9pm…

Here is the Crystal Grid I created. After the Free Reiki event, I create a grid to send extra healing energy for the next 28 days. This flows to anyone who sent in a love donation! I do these events monthly. So you can join in anytime.

This helps to give you a nice trickle of extra energy throughout the month, to keep you focused on manifesting your goals and healing.

Our messages for this Eclipse, spoke of Magic, Transition(ing), Clarity, Dreams, and reminded us it is time to Soar! Time to step out of hiding and let our light shine so bright!

Such great affirmations and intentions to tap into for the coming moon cycle.

Tonight’s energy was all about healing our Heart Chakras, karmic ties, and helping us to finally break free from last year’s energy and keep moving forward.

Triple Heart Healers

Triple Heart Healers of the Crystal World.

At least in my opinion. There are lots of other heart centered stones out there. But these all called to me for a reason. These crystals work on all 3 levels of your heart chakras: higher, middle, lower. Yep, we have 3!

There are actually more chakras, than the main 7 everyone has talked about. We have actually started to shift to 12 to 15 a few years back.

So for those of you who want to really go deep into the emotional work, while still remaining calm as things come up to the surface. I recommend working with this trio.

First up is 💎Lepidolite💜
Lepidolite is a soothing calming stonethat will help you if you are feeling anxious, stressed or depressed.
This is an excellent stress relief stone, as it contains lithium.
The vibration of this stone works within all chakras, but it highly effective within the highest chakras.
It has a positive vibration that stimulates positive coincidence or synchronicity.
It brings emotional healing and helps you get deeper into meditation. Works with Heart, Crown, and Throat Chakras.

Next is 💎Hemimorphite💙
Sometimes called the “Buddha Stone”, Hemimorphite reduces anger and selfishness so that you can gain a sense of peace among those around you, without being over-bearing or obsessive, thus allowing them their space and encouraging a better, more relaxed and loving atmosphere.
Physically, Hemimorphite helps with blood disorders; alleviates headaches as well as other pain; balances the hormones, and helps maintain a normal appetite, especially during dieting. Works with Throat and Higher Heart Chakras.

Finally there is 💎Malachite💚

This is an awesome stone for Heart, Throat, and I believe Sacral Chakra healing too. It is associated with the power of renewal and fertility. It has been known to lower blood pressure, and also aid women with cramps during menstruation. It was also used as a protection stone during ancient times.

All infused with Reiki energy for your highest good!

Crystal Grids

One of my favorite #crystalcrafts to make, are Crystal Grids!

There are so many themes to use to imbue the energy of the crystals with. The design of the grid, lends its own energy signature to your metaphysical work.

For example the design above uses a general Zodiac chart for crystal healing. You can place your crystals around the grid, to send energy to say all your friends and family, covering each sign. Or you can place crystals just on the Zodiac sign we are currently in, like Leo.

I also added little “Moons” or spaceholders to go around the chart. You can use a different crystal on these, then you do within the chart, like shown.

The moons have Pyrites to honor the sun’s energy. Which brings balance to the grid. Then each of the Zodiac signs and houses have a Kyanite or Quartz, to bring in energy to clear and balance all aspects of your life. And bring in clarity too.

You can use different crystals, for different themes. Like all Rose Quartz if you wanted to send yourself love energy. Or Pyrite and Citrine for abundance.

Crystal grids are always fun when you follow your intuition and create something that resonates with your body, mind, and spirit.

After you set up the grid, you use a quartz wand or something similar to connect all the crystals to center. Then I love to infuse my grid with Reiki, as I set up my intention or goal.

This Zodiac inspired wood grid took about 2 hours to woodburn and paint. I make grids in different designs, whatever I am inspired by at the moment. But this has been my most popular grid.
